About WBD

Warner Bros. Discovery's DTC technology and product organization sits at the intersection of tech, entertainment, and everyday utility. We are continuously leveraging new technology to build immersive and interactive viewing experiences. Our platform covers everything from search, catalog, and video transcoding, to personalization, global subscriptions, and more. We are committed to delivering quality user experiences, ranging from video streaming to applications across connected TV, mobile, web and consoles. As a pure tech organization, we are essential to Warner Bros. Discovery's continued growth, building world-class products from the ground-up for our iconic brands like HBO Max, Discovery Channel, CNN, Food Network, HGTV, Eurosport, MotorTrend, and many more.

About The Role

Warner Bros Discovery Direct to Consumer (DTC), a division of WBD, is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our Watch Experience Team. Our team is responsible for looking after the experience ''once the user hits play'' on our DTC customer experiences engaged by millions across the globe. In this role you will focus on a few key initiatives including: Download & Offline Viewing, Chromecast & Airplay, Picture in Picture and Video Settings. As a Senior PM you will work closely with designers, engineers, program partners and business stakeholders to bring a deep understanding of the customer experiences that engage our audience. You will collaborate closely with your partners to design, prioritize, and oversee development of these experiences and bring them to life for our fans around the world. You will be responsible for defining and executing on the long term vision, strategy, and roadmap for our experience.

Day-to-day, you'll connect regularly with stakeholders across the company to gain a deep understanding of our content and customer experiences and collaborate closely with your engineering partners to become a subject matter expert on these experiences and the services that power them. You'll lead and motivate a dedicated, cross-functional team by communicating vision, authoring detailed requirements and specifications documentation, prioritizing the backlog, and coordinating regularly and clearly with partners and stakeholders.

As the ideal candidate, you're a driven, passionate advocate for your customers, your business, and your engineering partners with a sense of urgency to make things better wherever you are. You're always handy with a strong point of view, but you're open-minded and can admit when you're wrong. Your team's love working with you because you're a pleasure to be around and lead through inspiration and motivation rather than rules and hierarchies. A good story has made your way more than a good data point, but you've always got both at hand.

If this sounds like you, and you're excited to work with great people and the global leader in real life entertainment, we'd love to meet up!
