The Role / Job Summary

WBD streaming is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to drive retention initiatives within the Growth organization. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and partner product teams to build and launch effective retention strategies for the Max streaming service. This role requires the ability to closely analyze data to identify current trends and opportunities. You will collaborate closely with partners to design, prioritize, and launch critical features and experiments globally.

Responsibilities
• Become a subject matter expert on retention, including KPIs and key drivers that influence retention.
• Translate product vision and customer experiences into requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization from development to launch.
• Be the customer-expert and solve customer problems; be fully knowledgeable of pain points experienced by customers and work with the team to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Own continuous reporting and analytics on performance & metrics, including post-project release impact reports, leading to actionable plans and results.
• Launch and deploy experiments and measure the impact to KPIs.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience working on and launching consumer facing experiences (preferably global).
• Experience developing consumer facing experiences across multiple platforms (e.g., web, mobile, connected TV).
• Experience with experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) and working with research teams to conduct user experience research.
• Demonstrate strong ownership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and customer empathy.
• Experience working with and managing the needs of multiple stakeholders and business teams.
• Experience with data analysis, and driving insights and making business decisions through data.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience incorporating AI/ML insights into the product experience is a plus.
