WBD's Direct To Consumer (DTC) group is the global leader in providing innovative and immersive digital products and content for iconic brands. We are working at the crossroads of technology, entertainment, and everyday utility. As content creators across the digital ecosystem, we leverage our technology to create immersive viewing and interactive experiences. We tell engaging stories to millions of viewers and we are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join the streaming DTC product team for HBO Max & Discovery+. The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, collaborative, and data driven. The candidate is a highly effective communicator and can build trust with all areas of the business. Your Role Accountabilities…
• Provide product leadership for your area of the watch experience, championing new initiatives from definition through delivery and iterative improvements focused on growing customer engagement and delight with the product.
• Discover opportunities worth pursuing through rapid experimentation and user research
• Identify and map customer goals, values and needs
• Collaborate and coordinate with engineering, design, editorial, marketing, product leadership, analytics and insight teams on objectives and business requirements
• Author PRFAQs, PRDs, and other requirements in order to build shared understanding of the problem & solution spaces.
• Assist and manage planning and prioritization to ensure maximum value is delivered, operating with a sense of urgency
• Partner with other members of your product team as well as other product teams to drive innovation through a shared product vision
• Prioritize features and enhancements in story backlog
• Synthesize market changes and technology improvements into actionable improvements through market research and competitive landscape and offerings
• Work closely with our partnership and distribution teams, i.e. Apple, Google, Roku

Qualifications & Experience…
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management with a track record of delivering subscriber based consumer products that customers love
• Exceptional analytical skills, with experience analyzing and rapidly conducting experiments to optimize product conversion
• Experience product managing applications and streaming experiences across a wide variety of platforms/devices. Experience with mobile app & connected devices required
• Deep empathy for customers and other humans
• Experience using JIRA and other product and project management tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong experience with analytics and user research to drive decisions
• Ability to make quick decisions to solve complex technical and operational challenges
• Experience with product discovery, design thinking, lean product a plus
• Operates with a bias to action

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $104,300.00 - $193,700.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
