Job Description
The International Research Senior Manager will serve as the strategic point person for global licensing strategy. Working with sales & marketing teams across territories, this person will execute custom insights, presentations, and performance & trend tracking to support sales initiatives and multi-territory deals. This role is expected to build strong expertise around the nuances of global linear & streaming platforms, client acquisition needs, and international consumer preferences.
Your Role Accountabilities:
• Owns the management of all international research requests and global content performance needs.
• Utilizes international linear & streaming audience measurement tools to extract key performance insights supporting the growth of licensing revenue.
• Crafts sales presentations in support of key global deals.
• Compiles annual ''Need-to-Know'' Country Overview reports to inform and educate global sales team.
• Manages primary research studies (quantitative and qualitative) in international markets to uncover audience behaviors and emerging trends.
• Provides additional research expertise in the unscripted landscape and social media + short form.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience in research, analytics, or related field within media or entertainment.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Statistics or related fields.
• Experience with audience measurement tools, preferably international tracking tools like ITVR, Digital-I, Ampere, 3Vision
• Strong knowledge of global streaming/linear and social media landscapes
• Proficiency in data visualization
• Excellent analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Experience executing primary research (including survey design, fieldwork, data analysis)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in a foreign language is a plus such as Spanish, French, German, etc.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $78,400.00 - $145,600.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
