Your New Role…

The Senior Global Special Operations Tech is a critical individual contributor role in the Customer Experience (CX) Strategy & Operations team within Warner Bros. Discovery's Direct-to-Consumer division. This role demands a highly skilled professional capable of leading strategic projects, providing expert-level support, and driving initiatives that align with the company's vision.

Hours/Shift: 5:00pm to 2:00am ET, Monday to Friday with some Saturday shifts as needed.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Project Leadership: Take ownership of key projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of these projects, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Senior-Level Liaison: Act as the point of contact for escalating complex customer issues. Provide regular updates to senior company leadership on project progress, customer insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Expertise in Escalation Support: Offer advanced support for escalated inquiries, leveraging deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to provide swift and effective resolutions.
• Innovative Thinking: Identify and champion the adoption of new technologies or processes that can improve customer satisfaction and operational workflows.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data to drive decision-making, preparing detailed reports and insights for senior management to support strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Extensive experience in a customer experience or operations role, preferably within a technology or media organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively liaising with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.
