Job Description
This role is a leadership position within the Warner Bros. Discovery Studios Center of Excellence (COE), the role will lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) Content Licensing.

The role will form, grow and stabilize the FPA Content Licensing, working with COE and business partner leadership to determine resourcing needs and organization structure.

The role will be responsible for execution of all Content Licensing planning functions within the scope of responsibilities.

This role is based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Work with COE leadership to execute transition plans
• Ensure timely delivery of planning responsibilities. Including, but not limited to:
• Forecast preparation
• Forecast submission
• Budget preparation
• Ensure timely delivery of reporting responsibilities. Including, but not limited to preparation of actuals versus forecast variance reporting
• Ensure timely delivery of analysis for functional area of responsibility. Including, but not limited to initial review and analysis of variance reporting
• Ensure the ongoing development of team members including professional and people skills, knowledge of the business, and team engagement
• Partner with stakeholders for the execution of key initiatives including:
• Global process alignment
• Continuous improvement
• Implementation of planning and reporting best practices
• Effective change management
• Other strategic business initiatives

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 10+ years related professional experience, with at least 8 years' experience in a management position
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree in a related field a plus
• English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency
• Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, financial planning, analysis and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes. Process oriented with a solid understanding of accounting principles, and internal control concepts. Experience in project management and process improvement
• Experience managing large teams. Commercial and Media experience a plus
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization. Strong problem resolution skills, and a high degree of integrity, tact and diplomacy
• Effective communicator at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes
• Strong written, oral and presentation skills required
• Position may require international travel
