Sr Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who brings a blend of business acumen, communication, and analytical skills. This role will involve managing a variety of projects within the Enterprise Data and AI Services team. The successful candidate will collaborate with business users to create business and functional specifications, deliver training sessions, and lead process reengineering workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Analysis: Develop and maintain business specifications for the ESS Data and Shared Services team. This includes work on data products, application development, and robotics and automation solutions.
• Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Process Reengineering: Facilitate design-thinking sessions and process reengineering workshops. Prepare and deliver materials to ensure successful implementation.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in business analysis, with involvement in diverse product and solution lifecycles.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Solid understanding of the media and entertainment industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing technological landscape.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams effectively.
• Proven ability to present technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Public speaking and presentation expertise.
• Fluent in English.
