Job Description
The successful candidate will have a mixture of business acumen, communications , and analysis skills. This role will work on multiple and diverse projects across the E nterprise Data and AI services team. He or she will work closely with business users creating business/functional specifications, giving training and leading process reengineering workshops.
Your Role Accountabilities:
• Business Analysis: Create and maintain business specifications required for the ESS data and shared services team, including data products, application developments , and robotics and automation solutions.
• Training: Coordinate and host training sessions with end-users and stakeholders .
• Process reengineering: Coordinate design-thinking and process reengineering workshops with stakeholders. Create materials and deliverables required to ensure the right execution of these processes.
• Stakeholder management: Build long-term, strategic relationships with stakeholders .
Qualifications & Experiences:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years p roven experience in business analysis, being part of diverse product and solution lifecycles .
• Strong analysis skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
• Business savvy , specifically in the media & and entertainment industry
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving technological landscape.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and engage teams.
• Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly .
• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English
