Your New Role

As Senior Associate, the role reports to the Director of Legal Credits & Clearances but also takes direction from the VP of the team in the specific execution of credits as it pertains to Guilds, the MPA and our Business Affairs department.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Responsible for administering the credits on all advertising materials as instructed by senior team members.
• Review and approval of WB Pictures Worldwide Advertising/Marketing Campaign materials to ensure Adherence to Talent Contracts, Guild agreements and industry standards. Responsibilities also include review of all Books and Soundtrack Materials.
• Generates Ad/Pub Guidelines and Credit Overviews directing WB Creative Marketing and International offices of credit/likeness/legal and feature clearance issues associated with all assigned WB Theatrical Releases.
• Updates and distributes all Domestic and International Ad/Billing statements enforcing Paid Advertising requirements for assigned WB Theatrical releases
• Responsible for the submission of all print material to the appropriate Guilds, MPAA, Business Affairs and Feature Clearance as necessary.
• Maintains and distributes clearance reports for trailers and TV spots.
• Updates and distributes the Trailer Rating Report.
• Maintains and oversees extensive library and archives of all Worldwide samples of reviewed and legally approved Ad/Pub (Print/AV) materials services.
• Acts as back up to other department positions as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in advertising/publicity preferred.
• Must have experience working with clip licensing, SAG agreements, Guild requirements, content clearances and IP issue.
• Specific experience in content clearance required.
• Experience working for or with a large content distributor interfacing with rights holders and negotiating terms that have cost, media placement and timeline restrictions strongly desired.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $47,466.00 - $88,150.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
