The Job
The Sr. Analyst, Partner Market Expansion will work within the Market Expansion manager that leads and focuses on all our relationships with our Wholesale partners. In this role, you will assist in planning all market expansion efforts considering alignment with internal stakeholders and partners focused on increase the subscriber base and product engagement. This associate role will assist in elaborating regional and country specific strategy, working side by side with external partners, commercial team, global partner integration team, trade marketing team, partner marketing team and other key stakeholders to push forward initiatives that meet and fulfill the business needs.
The Daily
• Coordinate regular meetings and reports with stakeholders sharing KPIs and status visibility to guarantee the business needs;
• Support the plan and monitor projects according to the business needs;
• Lead and track the partner integration performance to ensure that all business KPIs are being reflected correctly;
• Synchronize with the partner marketing team and marketing planning team regularly to ensure synergy and business alignment;
• Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment;
• Apply a data-driven approach to assess performance, identify what is working and what isn't, and propose actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree; 4/5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within an entertainment company;
• Well versed in managing relationships with external partners and collaborating internally across a variety of teams;
• Operate with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills;
• Able to manage multiple projects at a fast pace and high volume;
• Comfortable working well under pressure with tight and changing deadlines;
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills;
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with advanced Excel skills;
• Above average skills in self-management under changing environments;
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
A Plus
• Familiar with PayTV and/or Streaming ecosystem;
• Familiar with dashboarding platforms such as Looker, Power Bi, Tableau or similar;
• Experience working collaboratively with teams across multiple cultures and time zones.
