Job Description
Your New Role:
The Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Technology is responsible for supporting, assessing, documenting , and implementing complex business strategy initiatives and will assist the team as well as key stakeholders across various tasks related to multiple applications and business processes including improving business processes and aligning key metrics .

Your Role Accountabilities :
OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT (50%)
• Gather requirements from the client to support new functionality and changes to WBD Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion applications and other People & Culture Systems .
• Transform business requirements into functional requirements and technical designs.
• A ssist project team, key stakeholders, and management to prioritize business requirements and develop and maintain detailed project plans using standard tools .
• Manage Enhancements throughout the development lifecycle from estimating and planning, to design, testing and implementation.
• Perform required testing, Functional Acceptance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, adhere to required change management procedures, and train end users as appropriate .
• Responsible for triage and issue resolution, working with WB D Techn ology & Operations and Clients to determine root cause and implement corrections. Responsible for ticket management, SLA analysis and root cause analysis . Attend and present updates for weekly client ticket review meetings.
• Effectively assist in leading by influence and work in a matrix/cross functional (BU Champions)
• Assist management with special assignments, such as evaluating vendors, gathering/evaluating consultant proposals, or other responsibilities as requested .

STRATEGY (25%)
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand team needs and dependencies to better align business processes .
• Assist in developing and executing a methodology to evaluate, prioritize and monitor the success of the business processes .
• Accurately and clearly articulate strategic issues and provide relevant, logical options for solving them .
• Create comprehensive and meaningful strategy presentations for senior executives .
• Ability to build a framework and drive development through dynamic business intelligence tools and dashboards for use in ongoing business planning and goal measurement through KPIs .
• Relationship building is essential for this role

ANALYTICS (25%)
• Develop comprehensive performance analysis of business processes and review ways of improvement .
• Actively participate in stakeholder meetings with the goal of understanding all major projects and initiatives planned

Qualifications & Experiences:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4-6 years of data or project analyst experience in a related field (media, entertainment, business development or streaming services industry experience a plus)
• Understanding of technical components required to support business processes, including effort estimates and resource oversight experience
• Experience planning and implementing changes to existing process and live productive applications
• Experience with Agile and software development life cycle
• Some experience and knowledge of data security and best practices with SSO solutions (preferred)
• Experience with cloud technology such as AWS and Azure
• Experience with ERP and SaaS software (i.e. Workday)
• Prior experience in Business Process Re-engineering efforts referred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience working in a national or global company
• Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful ( i.e. Tableau, Power BI) preferred
*This is a HYBRID position. Reporting onsite 3 days per week to the Atlanta Techwood campus is required.
