The Sr. Analyst, Data Product Strategy will be passionate about data as a first-class citizen to empower and enable data-driven business decisions. The Sr. Analyst will lead our analytics efforts through building data connections with marketing and measurement partners utilizing WBD's proprietary data sets, while adhering to data governance and privacy compliance standards. They will drive our modernization efforts to ensure our data flows, processing, and reporting are accurate, insightful and competitive within the industry. This is a collaborative role that requires multiple partners in order to be successful – they will work closely with senior leadership, research, marketing, product management, architects, and developers to design, build, and deploy best-in-class data solutions, audience activation and measurement tools that meet the growing analytical needs of our organization.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Help build and maintain foundational data products such as but not limited to Convergence, Cross-Platform Offerings, Data Driven Linear, Addressable, Digital Ad Targeting, etc.
• Manage multiple projects at once, prioritize actions, and anticipate solutions while maintaining deadlines.
• Perform quality assurance testing with internal and external data sets, building case studies and insightful reporting for advertisers.
• Work directly with WBD's proprietary 1st party device graph to enhance ad sales products and improve brand's advertising capabilities across the WBD portfolio.
• Think of new ways to help make our data platform more scalable, resilient and reliable and then work across our team to put your ideas into action.
• Work closely with data analysts and business stake holders to make data easily accessible and understandable to them.
• Ensure data quality by implementing re-usable data quality frameworks.
• Work closely and collaborate with various groups, including data engineering, sales, product marketing, DTC and research, to roll out new capabilities.

Qualifications & Experiences...
• 3+ years experience in tech, ad agency or media company experience
• A strong professional background in data manipulation, data analytics, and/or system analysis Knowledge of key statistics concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis, clustering, anomaly detection)
• Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and innate curiosity to troubleshoot and dive deep into complex technical issues, and ability to read/write complex queries to analyze data and investigate potential root causes of discrepancies.
• Must be proficient in SQL and Python.
• Comfort level with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Experienced in one or more automation tool (ex: Looker)
• Experience with data warehousing, data clean rooms or cloud based services (i.e. AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, LiveRamp SafeHaven).
• Experience leveraging creative analytics techniques and output to tell a story to drive business decisions
• Champions the capabilities and benefits of analytical data assets. Partner effectively across departments and stakeholders
• Experience in implementing Data Quality best practices and procedures, preferable with consumer data in a large organization
• Solid business acumen, and critical problem-solving ability, with a capacity for strategic thinking
• Understanding of the advertising and agency ecosystem for television and/or digital
• Passion for problem-solving and the ability to find answers to difficult questions
• Ability to collaborate across various teams
• Interest in advanced advertising and innovation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.

Not Required but preferred experience:
• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of API connectivity and data streaming architecture
• Machine learning, AI and predictive modeling experience is a plus

Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in technology, advertising technology, product development or data strategy (and/or) 3+ years working in Media Buying, Planning, Sales, Analytics or Operations
• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, information systems, or information technology, or related field.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $130,001.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $70,000 to $130,001 Per Year ($ USD)
