The Job
Join the Wonder Woman team and help bring an iconic DC Superhero to life!

As a Tools Engineer, you will contribute to our content authoring pipelines for Monolith's proprietary game engine in direct support of our artists and designers! You will partner with technical artists and designers to expand and develop the tools foundational to their creative process.

Come work with us at Monolith, and help us deliver a superhero experience as epic as Wonder Woman herself!

The Daily
• Write C++ code to expand content creation tool stack.
• Collaborate with technical artists and designers to understand content authoring requirements.
• Break down feature work into actionable steps within our production software.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers.

The Essentials
• Professional experience in C++
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience with building UI in C++
• Familiarity with the Win32 API
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

The Nice to Haves
• Experience with MFC
• Experience with technical artists tools, such as Maya or 3ds Max
• Experience maintaining a live software product or game
• Experience helping maintain a live software product or game

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

Salary Details
Salary Range: $77,000 to $143,000 Per Year ($ USD)
