Job Description
Your New Role…

We are currently looking for a Social Media Graphic Designer to be responsible for designing & producing best-in-class graphics, photos and templates for our social media platforms with a view to increasing WBD Sports social audience size, engagement & interactivity.
Operating primarily English language-first, you will also be developing content, best practices and output in service to WBDS' wider teams across all languages and all platforms.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Reporting to the Head of Social Media and in liaison with our marketing and wider design teams, develop production of the look and feel of Warner Bros. Discovery Sports' social media output across graphical, written & video posts
• Coordinate and produce first-rate designs, visuals & editorial content templates across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok in line with WBD Sports voice and brand guidelines
• Continuously develop the enhancement of our content look and feel to maximise reach, engagement & interactivity
• Collaborate with the entire social team and across WBD Sports to create compelling ways of presenting editorial content in graphics and videos
• Support the wider digital content team in developing photographical and graphical ideas and productions

Qualifications & Experience…
• Advanced ability within graphic design and relevant tools, particularly Adobe PhotoShop & Illustrator
• Strong, demonstrable ability to be creative and innovative as well as brand sensitivity
• Strong knowledge and love of a broad range of sports
• Experience with key social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail and grammar
• Excellent editorial judgement, the ability to quickly write and edit snappy copy, and a clear understanding of WBD Sports voice and visual style
• Previous experience and advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere are preferred
• Proven experience in social media or sports journalism preferred
• Availability to work weekends and off hours
