Warner Bros. Discovery is a global fast-paced entertainment and media company, which continues to grow around the world, as well as across emerging platforms.
The Global Technology Operations Center (GTOC) department consists of several teams that work together with a one-team approach, from our HCC location (Hyderabad, India) We are the first point of contact, as well as owners of Major IT Incident Incidents. This means Analysts within GTOC teams are also responsible for initiating the Major IT Incident process and procedures, to support our Platform Infrastructure. TOC Teams: 1st Line Network/Platforms, 2nd Line (Network/Platforms/Cloud/Domain Mgmt), Digital Platform Support Operations, Distribution Operations.
Reporting to a Senior Manager, Senior Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive our business decisions in GTOC. They are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated reports and dashboards using Power BI. This role requires a deep understanding of SQL databases and an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to set and manage reporting expectations. They're tasked with maintaining data accuracy, performing ad hoc analyses, and providing insights that help various teams across the company.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Report Design and Development:
• Build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Design graphic layouts to ensure reports are both functional and aesthetically appealing.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing reports.
Data Management and Analysis:
• Write advanced SQL queries to fetch and manipulate data.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions or data irregularities.
• Maintain high data integrity and troubleshoot data inconsistencies in reports.
Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and requirements.
• Clearly communicate the capabilities and limitations of current data systems and tools.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders on reporting projects.
Team Collaboration and Support:
• Host brown bag sessions to share insights and best practices in data reporting.
• Maintain close contact with other teams, offering support and collaboration to enhance their reporting capabilities.
Training and Development:
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in data visualization and business intelligence.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance technical and analytical skills.
• The GTOC operates the business 24 x 7 x 365. Incumbent will be expected to support global stakeholders, in flexible working hours.

Qualifications & Experiences:
• Graduate/bachelor's degree in data, Analytics or IT Operations.
• 5+ years of Data, reporting, dashboards and analytics experience in a corporate environment.
• Senior/Advanced skills in data, pipeline, Information management and/or workflows to capture, maintain and generate reports or dashboards for large-scale consumption.
• Stakeholder management with global, local and functional leaders at manager + levels.
• Clear and concise communication skills, with ability to represent and present information.
• Collaboration skills to partner with operations teams in designing inputs and intake for reporting.
Not Required but preferred experience:
• 7+ years of experience in Data/Reporting at Fortune 500 companies.
• Six Sigma/Lean Certified, ITIL Certified.
• Project Management skills to drive intake, collaboration and stakeholder management.
• IT Infra and/or NW experience/skills, including Servers, Citrix, Database, Storage, Networking, azure, aws, backup, VDI, etc.
