Job Purpose
As a GBS Senior Reporting Analyst you will be part of the FP&A CoE Data & Analytics Team, which provides internal clients with advanced reporting solutions that allow them to run their daily and monthly tasks and operations smoothly. We focus on delivering automated and user-friendly solutions that fit our clients' needs, supported by excellent customer service. The main goal of this role is to back up the Team in ensuring all the regular updates and refreshes are maintained in a timely manner, as well as to help in new reports and dashboards development.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintenance and updates of the existing Power BI reports, dashboards using Excel uploads and SQL database; implementing any changes in the reports as requested by the clients.
• Regular meetings and collaboration with various internal clients regarding any changes, queries or developments of the existing dashboards and reports (interactions include operational Teams, such as CTC or PTP, Governance Teams and others).
• SAP and other systems data gathering or downloading, collaboration with SAP Team when needed.
• Helping with creation of the new dashboards: helping with data set up, data models, data visuals, writing DAX formulas in Power BI etc.
• Systematic relationship building with key stakeholders and internal clients, making sure we provide them with reliable data and excellent support.
• Any ad hoc tasks and reporting as assigned or requested by the clients or Data & Analytics Team Managers.
• Distribution of the communication to the stakeholders; communication may be related to reports refreshes, reports changes, any input required from the business to be able to run the regular or ad hoc reporting.
• Helping with other Team tasks (also from other areas, such as FP&A) as assigned: depending on the business needs and the current projects within the Team; tasks may be split accordingly, to help other Team members at times when they are heavily involved in the multiple projects or assignments.
• Constantly looking for any report improvements, automations, efficiencies, new ways of working to be able to work smarter.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Relevant University Degree (Master's or Bachelor's).
• Understanding Finance and Accounting processes and reporting, PTP or CTC process knowledge, understanding the opportunities, context of the reporting for the operational accounting and possibly other areas (for example Travel Services etc.).
• Previous experience in reporting and analytics with the usage of the advanced reporting tools, such as Power BI or Tableau is a must (3-5 years of experience is required).
• Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Self-driven, task oriented, good communication skills, proactive
• Highly numerate, possesses great analytical mindset, accuracy and great attention to detail is required.
• Superior customer service skills, ability to interact effectively with stakeholders on various levels.
• Any additional, previous operational experience in PTP or CTC is nice to have.
• Excel VBA and SQL skills are nice to have.
• SAP or some other accounting system knowledge is nice to have
