Senior Marketing Manager – CEE MENAT & Nordics (International Television Distribution)

Your New Role

Working with the Executive Director Marketing – Television to support the content license marketing strategy for CEE MENAT & Nordics across Warner Bros. Discovery content (Warner Bros., HBO, HBO Max, Animation, Discovery) overseeing day to day management of all partners, providing best in class post-sales marketing support and guidance, while helping to maximize revenue across SVOD/Pay TV/Free TV/Basic TV/AVOD in these regions.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Work intrinsically with marketing and sales directors on sales priorities and objectives ensuring internal and external stakeholder's marketing needs are met fully pre and post-sale.
• Manage day to day brand assurance workflow and guidance, including broadcaster campaigns a publicity, promotional plans, launch campaigns, social media, on air sponsorships, stunts, contests etc as well as internal approvals.
• Support the development and delivery of always on customer marketing, prioritizing content per business requirements.
• Work closely with Executive Director to Improve experience across customer facing touchpoints - to provide best in class engagement with our key customers in key markets.
• Work closely with US based teams in Burbank and New York.
• Oversee tracking and management of content pipeline, establish priorities and business requirements and how it's communicated internally and externally.
• Work closely with Legal and Business Affairs departments to understand complex commercial agreements and how they correlate to 3rd party marketing strategies.
• Must be comfortable pitching varied portfolio of content to internal and external stakeholders.
• Possess strong knowledge of WBD content.
• Possesses a strong understanding of the trade content and broadcast media sector and WBD competitors, and the relevant in-depth knowledge of current global industry trends.
• Oversee and manage local screening events in UK and across MENAT and Nordic.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Passion for television essential
• Proven product/brand management experience
• Confident inter-personal communication skills and stakeholder management
• Experience of working in television or broader entertainment industry desirable
• Be able to handle and take responsibility for a heavy, but varied workload with need for attention to detail and with a flexible approach
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a calm and collected manner
• An enthusiastic, self-motivated committed team-player
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Some PR experience or experience working with talent is desirable
• Sound knowledge of and experience in social media or digital marketing is preferred
• Ability to take initiative, develop work processes, provide marketing analyses and summary reports as necessary.
• Strong team player & able to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to multitask and work well under time constraints to meet deadlines.
• Clear Leadership qualities – excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills – combined with the ability to be able to win confidence and influence positive results across all levels of the company.
• A deep interest in and demonstrable knowledge of the film and TV business will be a pre-requisite to success in this role.
