Your New Role...

As a member of WBD's Global Information and Content Security (GICS) team, the Sr. Manager, Global Content Security Operations supports various risk management initiatives that enable the secure handling of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) content globally. The position will focus on day-to-day oversight of WBD's creative vendor assessment program and will partner closely with global production, post production, marketing, visual effects and marketing teams, along with other areas of GICS (e.g., Application & Cloud Security) , ensuring that the level of effort for each assessment is ''right-sized'' to each engagement.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Responsible for completing risk assessments of creative vendors (post-production, visual effects, localization, etc.) that receive pre-release WBD IP by evaluating a vendor's content workflows and associated physical and digital/cloud security controls.
• Develop and maintain a structured and repeatable risk-based assessment process against a defined set of content security policies, standards and baselines and provide advisement on necessary remediation/compensating controls to approximate compliance.
• Proactively monitor vendor assessment & remediation status, to ensure no disruption to content pipelines. Act as day to day escalation point for all assessment requests and ensure business units are informed of progress.
• Act as Product Manager for the SAAS platform that supports the creative vendor assessment process, develop dashboards and reporting against defined KPIs. Manage roadmap for requested enhancements and oversee deliverables and associated development budget. Manage API integration to/from third-party systems and assessment programs (e.g., MPA's ''Trusted Partner Network'').
• Work closely with Director to define KPIs for area of focus. Inform updates to MPA's ''Trusted Partner Network'' & GICS policies, standards and baselines for post-production, application, and cloud vendors.
• Foster and develop relationships with creative vendor community, as well as WBD's post production and marketing teams.

Qualifications & Experience...
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or relevant work experience.
• 6+ Years of experience in cybersecurity, vendor risk management and/or content security.
• Working knowledge of network, storage, cloud and infrastructure security principles, frameworks, certifications (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) and best practices.
• Proven experience building relationships across a large, global organization while balancing content security requirements and risk.
• Knowledge of terminology and processes associated with creative media production, licensing, and distribution (e.g., DI, editing, visual/audio effects, encoding, dubbing, etc.)
• Excellent communication and data visualization/reporting skills, including the ability to present complex topics in clear, non-technical language; outstanding analytical, writing, and oral presentation skills.
• Strong client and vendor management skills.
• Experience leading a team.
• Certification in one or more of the following preferred – PMP, CISA, CISM, CISSP

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $126,000.00 - $234,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
