Your New Role…

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is a fast growing, dynamic business focused on meeting challenging financial goals in the video game space. The Sr Manager is part of the financial planning team, which is responsible for budgeting, forecasting and business decision support for the Free-To-Play line of business. The position supports the Exec. Director who is responsible for Worldwide Games budgeting and forecasting. The primary responsibilities of this position will include preparing, managing, and socializing Free-To-Play budget and forecasts. In addition, the position requires the ability to view the business at all levels of transactions and maintain a high degree of flexibility in understanding individual game economics.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Lead Free-To-Play forecasting process – communicate timelines; coordinate deliverables across studios; prepare, manage, analyze, and report by title forecasts for the Free-To-Play line of business; submit data to the planning system and validate data accuracy.
• Identify trends and opportunities for management. Respond to management inquiries and questions. Prepare monthly management reports for division's executive team (Ultimates and title P&Ls).
• Review, manage, analyze, and socialize new business P&L's in support of the Free-To-Play business development group's efforts to acquire new distribution and publishing opportunities.
• Support long term planning process – analyze market trends/KPIs, maintain and update Free-To-Play planning model, load P&L data to the planning system.
• Review monthly revenue accruals; track actual performance variances to the forecast and prepare pacing report to management.
• Collaborate with Corporate accounting teams to ensure accurate posting of actuals and proper revenue recognition practices; identify and assist in resolving any issues;
• Work on special projects as required.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Minimum 7 years relevant work experience
• US GAAP
• Experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes within a large public company
• Experience in budgeting, general accounting, financial analysis, consolidations, supervision, and management
• Industry experience in entertainment/media, (Gaming preferred).
• Project Management and/or Business Modeling experience, a plus
• B.A. or B.S. degree required.
• C.P.A and/or MBA preferred.
• Must be proficient with finance/accounting concepts
• Technical activities will include accessing the mainframe and SAP systems and utilizing various software packages to provide, retrieve, update, and analyze financial data. Software includes, but is not limited to:
• MS Office Suite (proficient in using advanced macros and pivot tables)
• SAP/Business Warehouse
• Familiarity with Hyperion Essbase desired
• Adaptive
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and strong interpersonal skills are essential
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong ability to motivate staff and encourage a team player mentality
• Ability to lead projects and bring them to a successful conclusion within given timeframes
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, management, and customers
• Ability to independently meet deadlines while understanding when to communicate updates, follow up, and seek guidance from management
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities professionally
• Genuine interest in dealing with team members who possess varying levels of financial expertise
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter and innovative thinker

• Able to handle a high volume of work within strict deadlines

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $93,898.00 - $174,381.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
