Job Description
As Senior FP&A BI Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the process of turning data into actionable information by developing it in Business Intelligence tools with visualizations that best correspond to the given subject of the report.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Engage with finance teams and business partners to identify business requirements and objectives, to develop and update the FP&A business intelligence application
• Proposing and developing innovative and appealing static and interactive data visualizations that best correspond to the given subject of the report
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, analytics and other BI solutions
• Automate reporting processes, development of interfaces between systems/databases
• Lead the new reporting/visualization projects independently
• Administer and maintain FP&A reporting/analytics applications as part of business as usual (ie. self-service dashboards)
• Acting as a key point of contact for all data visualization and reporting issues
• Ensure data quality in the systems based on the developed data governance standards
• Responsible for identifying and communicating design and scope issues to the stakeholders
• Participate in international projects/ tasks in the field of reporting
• Create other technical deliverable artefacts needed for project implementation
• Develop and deliver knowledge transfer to the business users

Qualifications & Experience…
• Need to be passionate about the business, a self-starter / proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude
• Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Maths/ Statistics
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Power BI) as a creator of reports
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management systems (i.e. SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle Hyperion Planning)
• Knowledge and application of best practice data visualisation principles
• Experience working with relational databases
• Working knowledge of database languages: SQL, MDX
• Practical knowledge of programming languages: VBA and/or DAX
• General working knowledge of finance and accounting concepts (preferably in FP&A departments)
• Strong analytical and system management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional requirements
• Very good English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
