Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join the Warner Bros. Discovery FP&A Center of Excellence. This role supports international finance planning cycles, consolidations, and financial analysis across multiple parts of the business. The analyst will work on core forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and ad‑hoc analytical projects, with opportunities to dive deeper into areas such as revenue streams, network performance, or content-related costs as needed.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Support the delivery of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long‑range plans.
• Consolidate inputs from multiple regions and functions to produce accurate and cohesive financial outputs.
• Maintain and enhance financial models, ensuring they reflect key business drivers and evolving requirements.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and performance insights for senior leadership.
• Support analytical deep dives into areas such as distribution revenue, advertising revenue, content expenses, or other business lines as assigned.
• Execute scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, and decision-support work.
• Participate in transformation initiatives, process standardization, and automation improvements across the FP&A COE.
Qualifications
• 4–6+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort working with large datasets; advanced Excel required, experience with planning tools (e.g., EPM Oracle, SAP, Power BI) is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
