Job Summary
• This position provides support for the APAC CFO organization including regional finance teams, supporting consolidated financial reporting across all WBD Studios business units including Theatrical, Home Entertainment, TV Distribution, Consumer Products and Games within the APAC segment. This role provides support for regional finance and International LOB on WBD Studios reporting & consolidation, coordination on calendars and deliverables, financial analysis, subsystem data management through collaboration with WBD Theatrical Global Finance Leads. The role supports preparation and review of APAC Studio's consolidated operating results and financial reporting packages, Foreign Exchange reporting and analysis, flash reporting, trend reporting, and ad hoc analysis as required.

Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with APAC finance teams and International LOB on forecast and budget process and deliverables including target tracking and gap reporting
• Support Senior Manager to integrate WB reporting, including drawing reports from SAP and BW for APAC Studio
• Develop and manage APAC WBD Studio's reporting to support both regional management and the territory finance teams. Building standardized P&L reports covering the budget, LRP, quarterly forecasting and monthly actuals processes.
• Manage reporting, including multidimensional data extraction and reconciliation from the various business unit reporting systems and Corporate (FLASH, Essbase, SMART) to produce timely and accurate financial results to regional finance to enable accurate variance analysis, and communication of actual to forecast results to finance leadership.
• Work closely with APAC Finance to maintain the structure matrix of the WBD environment, in particular the Profit Centre and Cost Centre hierarchies across APAC to ensure all reporting is accurate and consistent.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and reporting changes required by the organization. Propose changes to the reporting as appropriate to maintain the relevance of the information presented.
• Coordinate with WBD BU teams on system (including SAP, Flash, Smart and Essbase) data input and management, including reconciliation of WBD Studio's International results to SAP reported results
• Work closely with APAC LOB Team to ensure consistency of processes and alignment of calendars
• Assist in consolidation of Total APAC Reporting
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and duties as required, including business cases and new projects.

Qualifications & Experience
• Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with key accounting principles and concepts, financial analysis and reporting. Experience with Hyperion and SAP is a plus.
• Strong written, oral and presentation skills; effective communicator at all levels of the organization; ability to influence others.
• High level of executive presence with strong interpersonal and problem resolution skills, and a high degree of integrity, tact and diplomacy.
• Active communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization and across multiple locations.
