Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This position will support the management of the WBD Global Business Services organization through specialized O2C and P2P reporting and analysis. This position will assist with high-profile asset financing reports such as AR Securitizations and AR Factoring. This will position will also require periodic and ad-hoc reports and reporting tools for internal and external customers; This position will support reporting and analysis at the corporate level, as well as divisional level.

Job Responsibilities % of Time.

High-Profile Reporting (Securitization and Factoring), KPIs and Metrics
• Responsible for sourcing and consolidating data for high-profile company AR reports like AR Securitization, Factoring and Bad Debt Reserves. Assist with division-specific reporting and manage consolidated company-wide reporting.
• Manage the various internal and external processes and communications to ensure compliance with all contractual and compliance protocols. These include communications with treasury, account payable, accounting, and representatives from the Factoring and Securitization banking institutions
• Create reporting for leadership with Key Performance Indicators, and metrics to assist AR, AP and resource performance evaluation and trending.
• KPIs include but are not limited to DSO, DBO, CEI, DTP, DPO, % Unapplied Cash, Default %, Delinquent %, Days to Apply Cash, Days to Invoice, etc.
• Prepare dashboards and ad-hoc reporting for senior leadership.

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Portfolio Reporting
• Researches, analyzes and synthesizes large amount data from multiple sources into business information for Global WBD Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay.
• Create into reports and reporting tools to provide visibility for key AR and AP stakeholders.
• Create reporting to assist stakeholders and leadership in AR Collections, Cash Target, AP Payments, and Cash Disbursement decisioning.
• Provide company-wide as well as division-specific reporting.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of reporting through strong understanding and analysis of data.
• Supports the monthly financial analysis with operations.
• Independently identify and resolve reporting issues. Escalate appropriately.
• Create and maintain periodic and ad-hoc reports using various reporting software like Hyperion Essbase, SAP Business Objects, SQL, MS Suite, PowerBI, and Peoplesoft Query.
• Continually assess and implement automation of reporting and portfolio analytics.

Portfolio Analysis & Risk Mitigation
• Analyze AR reports, data, and metrics to identify business drivers, opportunities and risks. Communicate findings with appropriate stakeholders.
• Analyze and assess potential credit risk of all portfolio tranches (Agency holding company, advertiser, industry, region/country) to identify trends and potential issues.
• Where appropriate, review and analyze relevant financial statements and credit bureau information. Monitor exposure per risk category.
• Communicate trends and potential issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Based on WBD O2C Global Credit Policy, review customer credit worthiness performed by Risk & Reporting Analyst. Perform deeper dive analysis as needed.
• For new clients, make decisions regarding credit approval; or, for existing clients, communicate findings and recommendations to collection team.
• Escalate significant risk issues to leadership, and appropriate stakeholders.
• Participate and contribute to periodic reviews of credit risk policies and procedures.
• Continually assess and implement automation of reporting and portfolio analytics.

Coaching and Training
• Help train and guide more junior level team members
• Acts as a mentor and role model to more junior level team members
• Assists in reviewing work produced by more junior level team members

JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Work Experience
• 5+ years in finance/accounting reporting experience
• Experience working with accounts receivable
• Experience working with accounts payable
• Experience working with credit risk analysis

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or accounting

Knowledge/Skills
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to explain & present findings in an easy-to-understand language.
• Advanced skills reconciling reports for accuracy from data source
