Job Description

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Responsible for the creation and management of Customer Master Data. Assign and manage key data points for the Customer Master Data.
• Define and manage appropriate guidelines to ensure accuracy of Customer Master Data.
• Make recommendations and help to define strategy on Customer Master Data management operational process improvements and standardization to gain greater effectiveness.
• Responsible for the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of Customer Master Data management deliverables including on-going coordination with BPO service provider.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and audit guidelines.
• Manage and execute blocking and unblocking of agencies and advertisers for administrative, credit and collection reasons in all applicable databases and systems, ensuring all required approvals are obtained.
• Manage, update and synchronize all booking and accounts receivable database/systems. Process name and address changes to agency accounts. Process reassignment of credit analysts.
• Escalate all issues per established protocols in a timely manner.
• Run monthly reports and save to server.
• Review reports as directed. Engage GBS leadership and key stakeholders to review results and collaborate to achieve objectives.
• Clearly communicate with external and internal stakeholders by leveraging interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Assist in leading the BPO customer set up analysts and help develop them into subject matter experts with a results orientation toward all internal and external customers.
• Leverage managerial and mentorship skills to effectively institute company changes with minimal disruption to ongoing run-state operations.
• Work with supervisor to set priorities and be able to actively assist in all problem resolution matters.

Your Role Requirements...
• Media and high-volume transaction experience
• Experience in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience working in a SOX compliant environment
• Experience working in a Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) arrangement
• Experience with managing Service Level Agreement (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and performance metrics to drive results
• Experience in working with large teams across various locations
• Attention to detail and accuracy as well as strong organizational skills and results oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to assess and measure impact and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Proven ability to build confidence and trust with internal and external constituencies and provide excellent customer service
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to proactively manage a variety of projects and timelines; demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables
• Experience with SAP accounting systems and implementation a plus
