Job Description
This Sr. Business Analyst - Technology & Operations will support Global Franchise initiatives.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Product Management Support: The Sr. Business Analyst works closely with the Product Manager , business users and technical teams to shape the vision of the product to support the larger strategic goals. This role will partner close ly with their Product Oriented Delivery team to prioritize and refine the product backlog , ensure stakeholders stay aligned, and conduct risk assessments related to the Product.
Requirements & Design: T he Sr. Business Analyst will lead business requirements gathering with various end users across Global Franchise and Global Consumer Products Franchise Management teams ensuring that the needs of both groups are captured. They will need to be highly influential with the cross-divisional teams in order to drive consensus with the business stakeholders and drive towards a common goal. They will c reate high-quality artifacts including requirement documents, user stories with concise acceptance criteria , current and future state process flows, functional design specification , mock-ups / wireframes. This role will ensure that documentation is always current and ready for inclusion into sprints .
Testing & Support : This role will plan and execute Q uality Assurance (QA) testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for continuous improvement enhancements. The Sr. Business Analyst will provide Level 1 application support for key Global Franchise and Consumer Products Franchise systems, triaging and supporting business user requests on a regular basis . Understand dependencies and impacts across integrated systems and platforms within Global Franchise and Consumer Products .
Change Management : This role will work with the Product Manager and the Change Management team to provide new user and ''Train the Trainer'' training to end stakeholders to ensure new features are rolled out successfully . They will provide guidance and best practices to business users on how to leverage different features within the product.

Qualifications & Experiences:
  Bachelor's degree (Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred).
• 5 + years' experience as a Sr. Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Expertise in modeling/mapping current-state to future-state business processes.
• Experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test planning, test case development, and execution.
• Experience with Media Asset Management solutions and Web Apps
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment.
• Strong critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High energy level, adaptive, and a strong team player with a good work ethic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills .
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must demonstrate resiliency when met with challenges or setbacks.
Not Required but preferred experience:
• Experience with in the M&E industry, C onsumer P roducts and/or Brand & Franchise Management experience preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Tech teams, business stakeholders, change management, etc.).

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
