Job Description
This person will join the Financial & Vendor Operations (FVO) practice that supports the DTC Technology organization in day-to-day business operations, develop a deep understanding of the business processes supported by the practice, as well as relationships with our key business stakeholders and partners that are involved. This person will deliver ongoing operational excellence in running and maintaining a smooth rhythm of the business in the existing processes, including daily vendor operations, key business reporting and metrics collection, and contributing to change and improvement initiatives that improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the business.

This person will work with the Manager of FVO to develop a schedule of activities and an operating rhythm that will govern day to day tasks and prioritization.

Your New Role...
• Support the daily flow of vendor operations within DTC Technology including fielding requests for vendor information, helping procurement requests and approvals through the pipeline, raising and resolving issues with the process.
• Embody a spirit of service with Technology team leaders to help them intelligently build and maintain a strong supplier labor force in a changing business environment
• Seek out and deliver continuous incremental improvement on how the business manages vendor labor through a deep understanding of the process and partner teams involved (Legal, Finance, Procurement, InfoSecurity, Executive Assistants, etc.)
• Develop documentation and communications on key vendor business processes to encourage contributions from stakeholders and smoother resolution of issues
• Participate in data gathering and analysis opportunities with your team and partner teams to highlight key opportunities and issues, and support a steady rhythm of reporting to leadership
• Cross-train with your team members to provide key coverage on critical business processes
• Stay on top of good practices organization-wide through participation in working groups and retrospectives.
• Serve as the account manager / point person for 3-4 large vendors, assisting with processing contract renewals and purchase orders, following up on delayed invoice payments in a timely manner, and building a strong working relationship with vendors

Your Roles Accountabilities
• 3+ years of experience in a business operations capacity with a focus on vendor or financial operations.
• Familiarity with common formats for reporting supplier labor data such as headcount reporting, spend forecasts, and timesheet reporting
• Familiarity with common procurement processes and documents such as Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders, and Purchase Orders.
• Familiarity with common data collection and visualization tools including Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of technical and non-technical staff
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and problem resolution in a cross-functional team
• Able to clearly, concisely, and regularly communicate status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to foster a collaborative environment when engaging business stakeholders from different disciplines, backgrounds, and levels of experience
• Able to deliver clear instructions to teams about complex procedures and processes
• Able to function effectively and consistently when faced with frequently changing and sometimes ambiguous goals.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelors degree in a business-related discipline such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Technology Business Management or Finance/Accounting.
• Entertainment or media industry experience
• Ability to learn new development and productivity tools in order to continuously improve effectiveness

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $82,600.00 - $153,400.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
