Job Description
The Sr. Analyst FP&A, Content Reporting & Analytics - Streaming role will drive insights into our content finance decision making and build our understanding of content value across the business. Drawing on a broad business skill set, the Senior Analyst will coordinate with colleagues in data analytics, content, and finance. They will be responsible for building tools to help track content performance and supporting the content financial greenlight process.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential as well as strong initiative and the ability to work collaboratively in multidepartment team environment.
Strong proficiency in Excel (advance) and other financial data analysis tools and techniques. Demonstrated experience in financial modelling. Experience with data visualization (i.e. Power BI/Tableau) strongly preferred.
Critical thinker and strong problem solver; ability to frame issues, articulate findings and present optimal solutions.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Ability to work accurately and efficiently with high volumes of data under tight deadlines across multiple time zones.
Proven ability to build confidence and trust based long term relationships with business partners.
Motivated by challenging, dynamic and high-energy environment.
A keen eye for presentation design and the ability to distill complex concepts and analyses into clear, easy-to-understand presentations.
Qualifications & Experience…
3 years' experience in content finance and/or performance analytics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field is required. MBA is considered a plus.
Experience in Hyperion Essbase, SAP S4HANA, SAS and/or SQL are considered a plus.
Experience in Entertainment industry is preferred.
Experience in Shared Services centers is a plus.
