The Warner Brothers Discovery DTC Research team aims to be trusted partners for our unique businesses through a lens that is unbiased and unfiltered. We objectively translate consumer voices to help make strategic business objectives and decisions.

The team is looking for a Senior Analyst, DTC Research, to be a part of the DTC Research team. The Senior Analyst will help to execute market research studies, with focus on Customer Satisfaction and tracking-based research with responsibilities across US initiatives. They should also be well versed across research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative), including quantitative analyses and first party data analysis.

Your Role Accountabilities...

The Senior Analyst will work on a variety of tracking-based research for Max and discovery+, including brand tracking, consumer funnels tracking, and customer satisfaction research. They will assist in the day-to-day management, logistics, analysis, and reporting of surveys and data from our Tracking and CSAT research across WBD DTC platforms.

They will need to work closely with their managers, stakeholders, and colleagues to implement research and ensure surveys are appropriately reflective of business issues and provide relevant and actionable consumer insights.
• Help manage research studies, including sampling, questionnaire development and execution.
• Support the research study process including timelines, analytic plans, quotas, development, and deliverables.
• Update tracker questionnaires on a timely basis to address new business issues.
• Help compile and analyze data to develop quick turn-around deliverables that are visual, concise, and easily digestible.
• Work across trackers and CSAT research, with a daily focus on pulling data, charting, data analysis, and vendor/timeline management, synthesizing results into simple summaries.
• Closely work with Data Analytics to examine survey-based findings crossed with internal data sources.
• Assist in the development of research plans and strategies that translate business goals into research objectives and studies. Think through stakeholder questions and identify ways research can help -through available sources or via new research.
• Develop strong relationships and maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and Research colleagues.
• Help manage vendor relationships, including monitoring adherence to timelines and sample specifications.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Bachelor's Degree required. Previous entertainment or streaming video experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years primary consumer market research experience.
• Prior experience working on customer satisfaction and tracking research.
• Knowledge of a broad range of quantitative and qualitative research techniques and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down data/information into meaningful findings.
• Ability to synthesize information and produce insightful and accurate analyses and recommendations leading to informed decision-making.
• Ability to use a data-driven approach to problem solving and scaling.
• Be adept at data visualization to tell insights story in a clear and digestible way.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail; strong project management skills are essential.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software tools (e.g. Q) ideal.
• Proficiency in SQL and Looker a strong plus.
• Ability and strong interest to learn new data software tools.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Speaks well to directed questions from peers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing and growing environment.
• High degree of integrity and professionalism, and strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $62,790.00 - $116,610.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
