Your New Job:

The GO-Tech (Global Operations Technologies) team is a part of the Warner Bros. Discovery Technology group and are responsible for the software and hardware solutions which run physical operations, globally. Their area of focus encompasses four main pillars:
• Tours & Retail
• Studio Operations
• Physical Security
• Global Real Estate
• This role sits within the Physical Security pillar, which supports the security systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Threat Monitoring, throughout WBD locations worldwide.

Your Role Accountabilities:

The Project Analyst will play an important role in the success of projects and initiatives in the physical security systems portfolio, globally. The projects will include, but not be limited to, new system implementations, application upgrades, data migrations, and application consolidations.

They will become a business process expert, spearheading technical analysis and functional analysis for complex technology solutions.

This is a hands-on role with strong appreciation of project management principles and processes. They will be working directly with BU process owners and stakeholders, as well as key project and technical managers to ensure alignment of technology solutions with strategic roadmaps.

The role requires excellent business partner relationship management skills, as well as a good understanding of application infrastructure and system integrations.

This position is responsible for the development of technical requirements, process, integration/architecture maps and relative BA/Project documentation.

This a great opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, encompassing a varied range of physical security applications including cloud and on-prem technologies. You will have the chance to focus on initiatives within numerous business areas, across multiple international sites.

Qualifications and Experiences:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• A minimum of 2 years of technical business analysis experience
• Experience in security systems, including but not limited to access control, CCTV, videowall solutions, and/or PSIM systems are all highly desirable,
• A solid understanding of complex application ecosystems with dependencies on system integrations is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in multi-geography implementations (preferred)
*This is a hybrid position. Working onsite is required 3 times per week.
