About WBD Streaming Global Product and Design
About the Role
The Program Manager will facilitate the WBD Streaming Global Product and Design communications across all of Global Product and Design. They will support key daily and weekly business communications ensuring the right communication mechanisms are in place for continuous innovation, organizational growth and the realization of team objectives. They will effectively convey the strategy of the organization and the status of the initiatives using various forms of tools, visual communication techniques and mechanisms. They will lead projects independently, while also partnering closely with leaders to support their communication needs. To do so, they will effectively collaborate across disciplines in a matrixed and geographically diverse team.
A successful person in this role will have strong project management and problem-solving skills. They will communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally. They will build productive relationships by fostering trust and communicating clearly. They will be organized, have a bias to act quickly. They will also be bold to advise program leadership on what can be improved.
Responsibilities
-Support all presentations and messaging including Town Halls, Leadership presentations, performance decks, and others as needed
-Establish visual communication standards and ensure deliverables meet those standards (effectiveness, absorption of information, visual clarity)
-Work closely with Executive Leadership team and Extended leadership team to support communications across the organization
-Working cross-functionally to create content and visualizations that support large and medium scale executive presentations
-Identify gaps in the communication across the organization and proactively identify opportunities for content optimization
-Hold all communication tools including Confluence, Slack, and monthly newsletters
-Create and edit communications content that enhances and drives engagement with employees
-Develop and design training materials that engage and inform employees effectively
-Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop visual content for training/educational materials and other communication needs

Requirements
-Experience in visual communications
-Experience in project/program management
-Experience contributing in valued roles on high profile, multi-faceted programs
-Experience working with senior and/or executive leadership
-Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and a high-degree of follow-through
-A love of working closely with others to empower them to excel
-Curiosity and a willingness to learn

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $85,400.00 - $158,600.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
