Your New Role...
We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will work independently with minimal guidance, supported by a senior leader. You will be responsible for driving multiple programs and projects, and managing dependencies and stakeholders from external teams. Your ability to handle ambiguity and make informed decisions will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Drive multiple programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
• Act autonomously as a representative for your area, making informed decisions and providing guidance to your wider team.
• Prioritize programs and projects across multiple teams and organizational objectives, balancing risks and preventing threats without hampering productivity.
• Manage dependencies and stakeholders from external teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Apply processes and standards thoughtfully, striking the right balance to achieve desired outcomes with minimal overhead.
• Utilize industry-standard tools creatively to solve problems and improve project efficiency.
• Play a leadership role in your team, providing guidance and advice on direction and operations.
• Influence team and peer priorities, driving best practices across the organization.
• Own and drive significant programs through their full lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Demonstrate exemplary written and verbal communication skills, acting as the initial point of contact for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience...
• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects.
• Strong decision-making abilities, capable of resolving critical problems.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, able to drive workstreams toward project goals without relying on authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information concisely and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different workstreams.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Demonstrated commitment to driving collaboration, communication, and trust within a team.
