Production Incentives Trainee

Job Description

Assists the Production Incentives department with day-to-day tasks as well as ad hoc projects.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Assists with production incentive audits
• Schedule and organize zoom meetings
• Onboard new staff (e.g. request hardware, software, network access, etc.)
• Run reports from various systems
• Conduct preliminary research on production incentives.
• Assists with ad hoc projects / analysis

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in accounting, tax or finance
• Production accounting experience preferred
• College coursework in Accounting
• Communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel
• Multi-task, prioritize, and meet competing goals
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently to meet deadlines
• Analytical skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $35,360 - $51,376.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
