The Production Engineering team provides technological infrastructure and operational support to accelerate innovation. We explore, evaluate, and deploy emerging technologies to support our clients and passionate fans across every screen, service and format with new products and services to ensure our global audiences can enjoy WBD's programming around the world.
Your Role
Analyzes the business domain, documents its processes and systems, outlines business requirements and bridges the gap between stakeholders and the development team, interpreting business requirements into understandable development tasks to match expected business value.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Efficient installation and configuration of software as well as troubleshoot and repair of malfunctioning software in a MAC OSX and Windows environment.
• Manage end user expectations and systems issues using technical and client service skills.
• Manage the fundamentals of IT security protocol (account administration, etc.)
• Manage software license & hardware inventory tracking.
• Install and configure software as well as troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning software in a multi-platform environment.
• Administer mail systems, system installation and configuration, printing systems, installation of third-party software.
• Setup and upgrade computer systems in a networked environment with minimum end user interruption.
• Integration of devices such as printers, scanners, and digitizing tablets with Linux, Macintosh and Windows systems.
• Proactively analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement and propose achievable solutions.
• Manage break-fix expectations with staff and effectively communicate changes accordingly.
• Research and recommend hardware and software solutions as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair or arrange for repair of defective computer equipment.
• Identify and recommend solutions to technical issues as needed.
• Document and communicate system support issues with end users, staff, and management.
• Work with a team of engineers, development teams and operators in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and address critical problems through to resolution.
Qualifications & Experiences
• Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience in the technology space
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in installing and troubleshooting MAC and Windows OS
• Software installation and configuration experience
• Studio technology experience is a plus, but not required
This is a hybrid position. Working onsite at the Burbank, CA campus 3 days per week is required. Relocation assistance is not offered for this role.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $62,797.00 - $116,624.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
