The Role / Job Summary

WBD streaming is looking for a Product Manager II to drive the strategy, development, and management of the Upsell experience for our Streaming products. As we explore new ways to package our subscription service, there are numerous opportunities to help customers find the plan that is just right for them.
As the Upsell Product manager, you will be responsible for new feature development & innovation across context-aware upsell prompts, development of seamless upgrade paths, and innovative ways to demonstrate the benefits of each plan within our experience.

As a member of our Growth team, your mission is to ensure every customer subscribes to the perfect plan for them. In this role, you will be expected to work with cross functional stakeholders to develop a strategy, craft delightful experiences, and drive features to execution. The upsell product manager will work closely with Engineering, Design, along with Product teams across Content Discovery, Video, and Sports. Responsibilities
• Define the overarching upsell strategy, partnering with Design & Product teams across Content Discovery, Video, and Sports to deliver a seamless & delightful experience for customers who are looking for more out of their plan
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Legal, Distribution, and Data stakeholders to determine product requirements and technical capabilities.
• Partner closely with Data & Analytics, developing dashboards and key insights into how our customers are using the benefits of their existing plans and conversion metrics for those who attempt to plan switch.
• Establish KPIs, Conversion targets, OKRs, and documentation for all aspects of the Upsell experience
• Help define and prioritize the Upsell backlog in close partnership with Engineering, using both internal and external data-driven signals.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management and/or software delivery
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with large cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proven track record of driving process improvements.
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with video and streaming subscription products is a plus.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $85,400.00 - $158,600.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
