The Job: Product Manager, Physical Security Technology

The Warner Bros. Discovery Global Real Estate Technology and PMO organization is seeking a skilled & energetic Product Manager, with a focus on Physical Security technology strategy, design and implementation projects. Product Managers play lead project and program management roles, with a key focus on specific domain experience and responsibility.
Our team is responsible for a large portfolio of technology platforms and large-scale initiatives, including:
• Global Real Estate Design & Construction Technology, including leading all technology workstreams
• Global Workplace Experience and Property Management application portfolios
• Providing project management expertise across our broader technology organization

The Product Manager will take point on Physical Security strategy, design and implementation, in support of Global Real Estate initiatives (e.g. new build-outs or major renovations) as well as leading operational security technology projects, processes, portfolio management, upgrades and enhancements
• Support close partnership with Physical Security business organization
• Maintain overall portfolio roll-up and reporting for all Physical Security Technology projects and programs
• Facility badge access, camera technology, physical security technology infrastructure
• Major Physical Security enhancement and upgrade initiatives
• Engage design and implementation firms, as appropriate, and oversee the end-to-end process
• Workstream leadership to drive Physical Security scope in all Real Estate Design & Construction programs

Project teams often includes cross-functional resources from across technology and other organizations.

The Daily:
• Project management for complex initiatives, including establishing and executing consistent project and communication processes and tools
• Hands-on engagement in new and prospective project needs to shape the requirements, define budget and establish project expectations
• Oversight of technology strategy, design/approval, and tactical implementation
• Prepare estimates and oversee detailed project plan development
• Onboard and oversee 3rd party resources where applicable to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Continuous focus on coordinating the latest WBD Physical Security technology standards and evolving capabilities
• Other duties as assigned

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Project management and delivery (portfolio management, project plan development and management, tactical implementation coordination, status reporting, issue escalation, delivery team oversight)
• Oversee Physical Security design and manage 3rd party teams
• Resource management (onboarding, offboarding, extensions, etc.)
• Ad-hoc requests from senior management

The Essentials
• 5+ years related project management experience
• Experience overseeing technology designs, with an emphasis on Physical Security, workplace or related technologies
• Experience supporting real estate design and construction initiatives or programs of a similar complexity
• Experience coordinating with implementation contractors and other 3rd party teams
• Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
• Comfort level taking the lead to define project requirements
• Ability to set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and deliver consistent support when working with other team members
• Business and technology integration experience
• Bachelor's degree

This position is required to work in a Hybrid work arrangement at one of our locations in the United States. The Nice to Haves:
• PMI or equivalent professional certificate preferred
• Media or entertainment industry experience is a plus
