Position Summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for a Product Manager to help execute on product strategy pertaining to user Access Management.

In this key connecting role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders across WBD distribution and a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Designers, Technical Program Managers, and Engineers to drive new features and improvements which aim to remove customer frustration and pain points related to accessing WBD streaming apps across our portfolio of supported devices and platforms.

You have strong product sense, and analytical skills. You are highly organized and have excellent problem solving skills. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing without authority. You derive data insights that advocate for product change. You know what good looks like.

You have strong collaboration skills. You are an effective cross-functional team partner who can drive successful implementation and delivery of access management-related initiatives, such as managing and updating user flows ranging from access management flows to error messaging that support sign-in across devices and platforms.
Occasional travel required. This position reports to the Product Lead for Access.

Responsibilities
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Access Management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create product requirements pertaining to access management
• Develop relationships with internal and external distribution partners, key technical teams and business counterparts within Warner Bros Discovery
• Define and prioritize business requirements consisting of epic charters, user stories, and functional requirements
• Communicate vision, strategy, objectives and KPIs for new features
• Collaborate with product designers to develop best-in-class user flows
• Liaise with WBD distribution, legal, marketing, customer experience, and technical teams to ensure platform guidelines, requirements and updates are communicated with an understanding of potential roadmap impact
• Be the customer-expert and solve customer problems; be fully knowledgeable of pain points experienced by customers and work with the team to identify opportunities for improvement
• Own continuous reporting and analytics on performance & metrics, including post-project release impact reports, leading to actionable plans and results
• Define and execute on A/B tests to ensure user flows are best in class

Requirements
• 2+ years of solid product management experience
• Strong understanding of SVOD marketplace and competitive dynamics
• Detailed knowledge of popular SVOD services - i.e Netflix, Disney+
• Proven track record of developing tactical roadmaps
• Comfort with analytics and generating business insights from data trends and user research
• Experience in detailed planning and prioritization of road mapping feature requests in the face of shifting priorities
• Demonstrated ability to create Business and Product Requirements Documents with some oversight
• Emotional intelligence and leadership skills to influence outcomes, while building a culture of teamwork and inclusiveness
• Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts and provide the right level of detail to cross-functional partners.
• Ability to drive technical communications with strategic partners to help drive internal and external alignment
• Functional knowledge of modern entitlement validation authorization methods for achieving Single Sign On (SSO) (e.g. SAML)
• Functional understanding of modern authorization standards for achieving Single Sign On (SSO) and Federated Identity Management
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies (optimizely, Adobe target)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $85,400.00 - $158,600.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
