Your New Role
The Global Partner Integration Team, within the DTC Global Platform Team, owns and manages Go to Market partner integrations for WBD. These integrations focus on back office systems, such as authentication, shared identity, billing and entitlement services, along with app paces on affiliate-owned equipment (set-top boxes). These integrations enable our partners to sell or bundle our services to their customers and allow those customers access throughout our experiences. We work with external affiliates and partners through the lifecycle of the integration, along with internal Engineering, Distribution, Product and other stakeholder teams to efficiently launch these integrations. We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to join our team.
Your Role Accountabilities
As the Principal Technical Program Manager, you will support EMEA/ APAC territories and be a key influencer in the team's strategy, scalability and standardization. You have a proven track record of developing and executing complex technical programs while regularly engaging stakeholders (both internal and external) to secure commitments, manage risks, identify the critical path and spot edge cases. You have experience being a team leader, have exemplary written and verbal communication skills and proactively report to both technical and non-technical stakeholders accurate program status, critical risks/ issues or escalations needed and proposed solutions. You have a proven track record of building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholder groups and external partners. The ideal candidate has had experience working with multiple partners/ vendors and maintaining partner relationships while holding teams accountable and driving the overall delivery of the program.
• Create, document and enforce processes that ensure the scalability of technical integration programs. You must have strong organizational skills.

Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of 12+ years of Technical Program Management leadership with a demonstrated track record of leading and overseeing program management teams, as well as their own initiatives
• Strong people leadership experience, including talent selection, engagement, growth and retention.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics.
• Establish all operational metrics and support for the programs they lead.
• Ability to work across multiple resources and orchestrate multiple activities with speed and agility.
• Report the status of the overall program to the senior tech leadership team and above.
• Consistently bring strong, data-driven business and technical judgment to decisions
• Clear, concise, accurate communication (both verbal and written) with audiences of varying leadership levels, technical abilities and business contexts.
• A strong data-driven mentality and prioritization framework, to ensure focus on the highest impact work.
• Responsible for creating dashboard/ reports to share key program updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Ability to develop short and long-term process improvement plans.
• Strong analytical and ''big picture'' capabilities in problem-solving.
• Business acumen sufficient to quickly absorb the intricacies of our departments and processes, and recommend improvements that will help the company be more efficient and successful.
• Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to create and maintain end-to-end program plans for partner integrations with the flexibility to quickly pivot when priorities change.
• Highly skilled in working in a global environment, both with colleagues across multiple time zones and countries of cultural differences between regions and countries, always striving to deliver the best possible services for customers within the global product portfolio.
• Must have legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
