PMO Analyst (Benefits and Leave Harmonization 12m FTC)
Your New Role…
The PMO Transformation team are currently providing project management support to the International Total Reward team who are harmonizing benefits and leave plans across multiple legacy organizations across all International (non-US) locations. These are planned to be implemented during 2023 and 2024. The International Total Reward team are responsible for the compensation, benefits and well-being plans offered to over 16,000 employees in 53 countries.
The Senior Analyst PMO will provide the day-to-day project management support to the International Total Reward Team on the harmonization of benefits & leave plans projects. This role will be focused on executing the project plan, tracking progress of key milestones and capturing and managing Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions and Dependencies. This role will report to the Manager, PMO Transformation Team working closely with the International Total Reward Team.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Build the project plan for the benefits harmonization project and maintain the leave harmonization project, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
• Build and maintain Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions Log and review regularly with project team, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Set up and chair weekly meetings with the required Reward team members, local in country P&C stakeholders and employment legal to drive out decisions required and obtain approvals where necessary.
• Develop presentations and project templates ensuring these reflect WBD brand guidelines and DEI objectives.
• Support the creation of communications to support roll-out of new plans including communications to leadership and employees.
• Work closely with the internal Workday Technology team and/or external system providers to ensure their delivery dates align to the benefits harmonization roadmap timeline and have a clear set of configuration requirements to work with.
• Support the International Total Reward team in reviewing processes with Employee Connection (operations) team and payroll teams.
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the leave and benefits harmonization project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently and adhering to deadlines.
• Implement a robust governance and meeting cadence to meet project objectives, provide project status updates at the weekly project team meet with project leads.
• Project manage the overall roadmap and communicating progress to leadership including escalation of risks and issues.
Qualifications & Experience…
• Project Management & Delivery: Proven track record of supporting significant and complex projects using sound project management techniques. Ability to support multiple projects/tasks concurrently, prioritising and delegating effectively.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to quickly build robust relationships with stakeholders and to effectively influence others and manage conflict. Experience in delivering change across complex, matrixed environments.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to drill down into the detail to ensure plans, activities and deliverables are robust and high-quality standards are met
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, delivering complex messages and concepts in a clear and engaging way, tailoring their communication style effectively to their audience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field and/or a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
• Experience in Benefits and Leave plans preferable but not required.
Position based out of either our office in Chiswick, London or Warsaw, Poland.
