Your New Role…

Responsible for the day-to-day ownership, coordination, and oversight of Order to Cash (OTC) activities within a shared services environment. Ensures accurate billing, effective collections, proactive account management, and strong control over assigned customers and territories.

Acts as a senior point of contact and subject matter expert for customer accounts, with responsibility for credit management, collections, account reconciliation, dispute resolution, compliance activities, and escalations. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain process standards, resolve complex issues, support business priorities, and drive continuous improvements.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Own and monitor the overall health of Accounts Receivable balances by driving timely follow-up on overdue invoices, ensuring effective cash collection, and supporting reduction of aged debt, Perform and oversee complex account reconciliations, analyze customer accounts, and resolve discrepancies with minimal supervision
• Manage billing and collection activities to ensure targets are met, risks are identified early, and ageing is maintained at an optimal level, Monitor invoicing, collections, reporting, and outsourced service delivery activities, providing feedback and recommending process improvements where needed
• Review ageing reports, cash collection performance, dispute status, and other financial data to track performance, highlight risks, and propose corrective actions, Lead dispute management for assigned accounts, independently resolving complex issues and escalating where business or financial risk requires management attention
• Maintain, review, and improve process documentation (DTPs), ensuring procedures are accurate, up to date, and consistently followed
• Coordinate and support audit requests, compliance requirements, and control-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Contribute to cash flow visibility by preparing and validating forecasting inputs, explaining variances, and supporting regular reporting requirements
• Act as a subject matter expert for less experienced team members by sharing knowledge, supporting training, and promoting best practices across OTC processes

Qualifications & Experience…
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, with 4-6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash, collections, billing, or dispute management required
• Strong experience with invoice collections, dispute management, customer account reconciliation, and escalation handling required
• Advanced Excel skills required, including ability to analyze large data sets, prepare reconciliations, and support reporting and forecasting activities
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems required; experience with multiple OTC-related systems would be an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, summarize findings, and recommend practical solutions
• Experience in conducting and leading meetings with customers, internal stakeholders, and external service providers; able to take ownership of planning, follow-up, and execution of actions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under deadlines, manage competing priorities, and handle multiple complex tasks at the same time
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate, and build effective relationships across functions
• Strong verbal and written English language skills required; additional European language skills would be an asset (French, Spanish, German, Italian, etc.)
• Ability to act as a subject matter expert, support knowledge sharing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
