Role: Security Operations Centre Operator
Reports to: Team Leader/ Site Supervisor
Location: Hyderabad:
Working as part of a dedicated team you will be overseeing a range of systems including: CCTV, Access control, remote monitoring and alarm systems. You will monitor offices across APAC Region, assess security threats, respond to incidents and other day to day corporate security duties, not CCTV related, may be required to provide assistance to security of the building and its personnel.

• Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history
• Must have demonstrable experience working in a similar role in high-profile / high-footfall environments
• Have a high level of self-presentation Be punctual and reliable Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to work proactively and use intuition
• Have a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication Skills

• Previous security control room experience
• Experience operating CCTV and access control systems.
Responsibilities:
• Remote monitoring of multiple international offices. Ensuring the safety & security of the people, business, and assets at all times.
• Operation of Access Control and CCTV systems.
• Establish and maintain timely and effective communication between all management levels during incidents, accident, and emergency situations.
• Provide a professional, efficient, and approachable security service whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to clients, staff, and visitors at all times.
• Routine internal and external patrols.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
