Your New Role…

The position will be responsible for the billing function of the Food Services department, which consists of the Commissary, Roadrunner, Fine Dining Room, and Avon Grill; and the Special Events department. This includes: ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing, reconciliations, SAP, P-Card and Vendor relationship and payment management.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Responsible for billing, procurement, and accounting functions for the Food Services & Special Events department. Including: SAP, P-Card transactions and reconciliations, procure to pay, accounts receivables, capital project tracking and reporting, daily and monthly operational reports ensuring revenue and expenses are accurate.
• Develop, implement, and track the department's budget; continually analyze, forecast, monitor, and control the cost of sales and overhead through various methods to meet budget objectives; prepare and distribute reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and other ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Responsible for day-to-day operational needs working with department management which includes vendor management, facilitating repairs & maintenance of food services equipment and supplies, providing data to set retail pricing on menus, submitting and/or approving time and attendance in OTA, tips reconciliation for Fine Dining.
• Responsible for data, uploads and integration related to Revel and Xytec systems, researching discrepancies, liaising with technology to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain adequate internal control at all times, including but not limited to safekeeping of Company assets, etc.
• Works with other Warner Bros. departments to manage new projects that support the objectives of WBSO.

Qualifications & Experience…
• 3-5 years accounting experience with an understanding of daily accounting, billing, record-keeping, financial reporting/analysis, ability to review and analyze profitability, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin or equivalent work experience required.
• Knowledge or familiarity with SAP, Concur, any billing system required.
• Solid communication, verbal and written, people and organization skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and personnel.
• Must be proactive and capable of assuming additional responsibility as necessary.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook required; knowledge of other PC based applications preferred.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $42,006.00 - $78,010.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
