Network Engineer

Job Description

As a Network Engineer , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining , and supporting our growing network infrastructure with a strong focus on F5 Load Balancers . You will be part of the technical team that is pivotal in ensuring the high availability of IT services and alignment with the business's goals and objectives .
Your Role Accountabilities:
OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• F5 Load Balancer Configuration and Maintenance ( 5 0 %): Configure and maintain F5 BIG-IP LTM (Local Traffic Manager) and GTM (Global Traffic Manager) devices
• General Network Troubleshooting and Support ( 3 0%): Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and performance. Resolve complex network problems and operating issues.
• Policy Development and Documentation ( 10 %): Develop and maintain network configuration documentation, network maps, and process records. Construct and uphold policies and procedures for network administration and security.
• Collaboration and Communication ( 1 0 %): Working closely with IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure network strategies align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications & Experiences:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or related field, or relevant professional experience.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in network engineering with a significant focus on F5 load balancing architecture . Experience should include hands-on work in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale networks.
• Deep understanding of F5 BIG-IP LTM and GTM platforms
• Understanding of linux -based operating systems and a working knowledge of web-based applications
• Deep understanding of SSL certificate management and troubleshooting
• Solid knowledge of DNS configurations and troubleshooting in complex network environments (Infoblox preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must participate in an on-call rotation for out of hours support
• Minimal travel anticipated for this position
• Must have the legal right to work in India
