The Job
This position reports to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing SEA. You will be part of a team focused on driving innovative and culturally relevant marketing efforts for the regional launch of Max. The Media Operations Support Manager will work closely with the brand marketing team to coordinate, troubleshoot, and execute marketing efforts via the Max website, as well as manage media operations for all brand upper-funnel buys. The role will also offer you the opportunity to participate in planning and executing initiatives that build Max brand awareness and support efforts to increase intent to subscribe.
We are looking for someone who is highly responsible, detailed, and timeline-oriented, and who also has strong communication skills allowing them to manage multiple key stakeholders concurrently.

The Scope of Work
Media Planning
• Support in planning, implementation and execution of Max brand campaign media mix across paid media (Paid, Social, Display, Programmatic, Search, and etc)
• Ensure weekly reporting and follow up actions with media agency
• Execute and optimize integrated media strategies and plans
• Support regional and/or local teams to discuss and review media plans which includes owned and paid media activities
Media Operations
• Ensure that all dates, times and promo tags are entered correctly as per the media plan
• Partner with creative agencies to ensure the timely production and delivery of final media assets to internal teams and media buying agency.
• Support the brand and creative lead with stakeholder asset approval across lines of business and stakeholders.
• Managing delivery timelines and operationalizing asset delivery to media buying teams, including distributing media tags, trackers, and creative assets.
• Support all media and creative asset trafficking needs (i.e. Smartly) by scheduling and maintaining placements, rotation of ads, and creative throughout the campaigns and phases
• Communicate any changes in scheduling, rotation of ads and creative internally to stakeholders throughout campaign phases.
Website Operations
• Update max.com website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
• Work with the content team providing information and assets for new content uploads, including blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia content.
• Track and analyze website metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure website milestones are met.
Operational Support
• Attend SEA in key engagement, planning and operational meetings across the region and global forums
• Campaign tracking post launch: filling in templated daily, weekly and post-campaign evaluation reports
• Manage invoicing and payment processing for media vendors, working closely with the media buying team and finance department to ensure timely processing and payment.
• Work with Finance and Marketing to ensure accurate reporting of media budget in local market
The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree; 4+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within an entertainment, DTC or consumer marketing company
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with media formats, codecs, and delivery platform
• Experience in website management, web development, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools
• A team player and problem solver who can operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented setting
• Able to communicate cross-functionally with all levels and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Able to project manage efficiently
• Data and results driven; business oriented in mindset with high analytical skills
• Collaborative and collegiate in approach, commitment to the team and non-hierarchical mind-set is important.
• Excellent operational execution and organization skills
• A genuine, enthusiastic and passionate fan of entertainment, pop culture, new trends with excitement for our content and product
