Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our streaming business in Brazil. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, this role will focus on the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns-general enterteinment and kids/family-to strengthen audience engagement and drive platform growth.
The ideal candidate is passionate about entertainment, highly organized, and experienced in coordinating cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
Your role accountabilities
• Lead the planning and coordination of 360° GTM marketing campaigns focused on streaming
• Manage and oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives, collaborating with key internal stakeholders across all WBD departments and agencies
• Analyze and track campaign performance, measuring key success metrics and identifying areas for improvement
• Identify business opportunities and propose strategic initiatives to drive growth and achieve department goals
• Manage budget control, optimizing resources and mapping opportunities to increase ROI

Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Advanced English
• Experience, preferably within companies in the entertainment, culture, events, music, film, streaming, or gaming industries with proven experience in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns
Other Nice to Haves
• Deep passion for WBD brands and the entertainment industry, with a strong connection to pop culture.
• Keen understanding of market trends and the ability to identify what resonates with local audiences.
• Versatile background, with experience across different functional areas or even industries, bringing a broad strategic perspective.
• Experience working with brands that target children and family audiences
