Job Description
Your New Role…

Reporting to the VP, Theatrical Marketing EMEA, as a Marketing Executive, you will support the marketing department in p roject management of all marketing aspects of theatrical release s across the Warner Bros. Discovery film slate across EMEA, including line managing and development of a marketing apprentice and collaborating internally with marketing, media, digital, publicity, distribution, and creative services teams to ensure the strategic direction for each release is successfully implemented to plan.

You will work collaboratively with the EMEA publicity team to review and approve all screening prog r ammes , whilst working with local markets to ensure that they understand both the central marketing strategy and how to best leverage key content/assets available. In addition, how their strategy differs and assess specific activations required , communicating back to Home Office. You will lead the theatrical title approval process with the support of the graduate intern s .

Your Role Accountabilities…

Core responsibilities will be split across: Synergy, Media and Digital.

Synergy
• Develop cross divisional kick off documents and project plan s for key film titles. Support the VP with implementation of cross division al plan s and build relationships across the different WB divisions , as well as Warner Media Legacy and Warner Bros. Discovery sister companies . Manage team in keeping asset trackers up to date with localized trailer , TV spot and digital assets as available.

Media
• Work with Exec Director to use insights from research, data, media reports to further shape title s trategy, isolating creative and audience opportunities that resonate with specific markets .
• Key day to day contact for all media enquiries from EMEA territories on all films .
• Working with Exec D irector
on the roll out of the global test and learn agenda to the medium markets.
• In collaboration with the Exec Director and Intern s , manage ITAP approvals, budgets, media-booking and creative deadlines.
• Work closely with the Exec Director and BBK colleagues to review all international affinity media p artners and plans . Coordinate with markets & International Media agency Hearts & Science on the delivery of all localized assets . As well as lead
on all trailer blasts to review the strategy , markets and budgets as well as update all localised links upon debut .
• B eing informed of any new b eta tests and new products from media owners such as Facebook and Google . Having an a wareness and understanding of the JBP process.

Digital
• Work with Senior Marketing Manager , across areas that touch digital creative and social strategy.
• In partnership with markets, ensure they are deploying best practice on their social platforms. Ensure they are using US content in addition to developing localised content that resonates.
• Inspire local EMEA marketing teams to embrace digital innovation, sharing best practices and ideas across territories and driving opportunities for innovation and excellence in the digital space.
• In conjunction with the wider department, explore digital editorial partnership opportunities to further elevate our content opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to use insights from digital reports to help shape campaigns.
• Source, monitor and examine best practices on working with social influencers .
• Lead digital creative approvals with the support of the graduate interns.
• Work on development and implementation of additional projects and assignments as required by management team.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Above all passion and commitment to go above and beyond to support our team and our fantastic films.
• Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel, and some experience of using databases and PowerPoint. 
• Some experience in a similar role in entertainment.
• Well organised and show excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workload and use time effectively.
• Positive attitude, a calm demeanour and excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and be able to work with limited supervision.
• Basic knowledge of other key European markets and awareness of cultural and commercial differences.
