Job Description

Your New Role...

This role is responsible for the coordination of successful marketing initiatives both on and off air for our key shows on TV5 in Finland. As campaign owner you will be the go-to-person for both internal and external contacts. For each TV5 launch, you will be responsible for creating local marketing campaigns and coordinate media planning with agency. In addition, you will also support the team in coordinating dedicated social content of our TV5 shows that are specifically created for our social channels. This means social channels as organic content in support of our TV5 releases.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Adapt Nordic marketing strategy into a local strategy.
• Campaign planning and alignment with all the necessary departments, partners, and teams.
• Briefing creative and media agency
• Budgeting and overseeing deadlines.
• Support and coordinate other Nordic markets on campaign needs when required.
• Ongoing communication with creative and production teams to ensure production is on track for deadline.
• Support on campaign and asset deliveries.
• Give presentations on your upcoming campaigns and strategies.
• Oversee budget tracking and raise PO's.
• Overseeing deadline, optimizing campaign and reporting campaign results.
• Approving campaign and pointed marketing campaign creatives
• Work closely with the PR & communications, sales, and programming teams
• Collaborate with various divisions within WBD family, especially on Nordic level.
• Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
• Support in social media planning and uploading content.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Previous experience in an entertainment marketing department or creative agency managing campaigns and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and analytical skills along with the ability to think creatively.
• Is an effective collaborator in a fast paced, multifaceted environment. We always have multiple launch campaigns happening at once.
• Has a native understanding of digital with an emphasis on mobile, social, video and display and an ability to tell stories through great ideas regardless of medium.
• A successful candidate will be able to manage complex workstreams that involve multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships across teams.
• Experience of delivering integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns.
• Can think agile and are a confident and positive thinker, able to discuss creative with cross-functional teams to bring innovative campaigns to life.
• Have familiarity with Planning and Media Buying.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to devise new and innovative ideas that will help strengthen our brands.
• Understanding and keen interest in the TV and media industry.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting budgets and tight deadlines.
• A willingness to challenge, be outspoken and not afraid to give your opinion.
• Fluent in English .
• Swedish speaking is beneficial.
