Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Associate responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies for WBD's NZ brands Three and ThreeNow. This work is a critical factor for the smooth operation of the ANZ WBD Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
At the core of the role is to support the Senior Brand Manager and the team in the execution of all aspects of the agreed marketing strategy.
The role will work closely with multiple departments and stakeholders, so a collaborative mindset, an ability to problem solve and a drive to deliver to the highest quality is essential. You will assist with building compelling and popular brands, deliver first-class consumer campaigns for our key content to drive viewership, and will also support non-brand consumer marketing efforts as required.
What You'll Do:
Strategy and Impleme ntation
• Support the senior members of the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to the development of new marketing strategies, creating and managing the production of marketing collateral, helping with the organization of events, and providing project-specific administrative support.
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
• Brief and execute OOH, radio and digital media planning requirements.
• Help organize and coordinate marketing campaign shoots and events such as trade events.
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
Reporting
• Collate post campaign analysis for Marketing activity in a way that tells the narrative in a professional and succinct manner for stakeholder circulation.
• Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
Collaboration
• Support and collaborate with members of the WBD marketing team and stakeholders including, executive producers, PR, franchise and consumer products to support key marketing priorities.
