Job Description
Will develop effective media campaigns for Warner Bros movies presenting campaign proposals (on and off), evaluating campaign performance, localize all assets for Brazil and overseeing budgets.
Your role accountabilities:
• Analyze target audiences, manage campaign budgets, and evaluate campaign performance.
• Compose the best media plan per title according to strategy and approved ad/pub budget for each film, including budget allocation, media mix, and channel selection, to maximize ROI.
• Plan and execute Media / Digital campaign together with the ad/digital agency.
• Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behavior, and media habits.
• Choosing the best creative assets to each target and media channel.
• Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies.
• Scan the media marketplace to keep up to date on the latest media trends.
• Negotiate with media channels to close competitive deals.
• Build and manage the organization's social media profile, presence, and tone of voice.
• Analyzing, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on campaign performance.
• Promote additional projects to support new film releases.
• Responsible for managing all asset localization from headquarters (posters, trailers, artwork and videos for social media, media assets) and providing them to other areas within our division.
• Control of the budget investment/expenditure having close interface with Financial Department.
• Reports on all campaigns for each film release.
• Together with the agency, find the best influencers and their creative approach, approving it with HO.
• Follow and use the signals we receive from the movies as tracking, research, TV tests and creative tests, applying on the media and social campaign.
• Continuously evaluate and improve media strategies based on market dynamics, consumer insights, and campaign performance.
• Media campaign planning and plan execution in collaboration with the ad agency (local and Latam) - composing the best media mix per title and according to the approved ad/pub budget, aiming to achieve the highest profitability in crafting a 360-degree strategy across all stages: awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Work closely with agency accounts staff, ensuring that campaign ideas, strategies and objectives are converted into tangible tasks.
• Internally discussions regarding strategy for each film and ad agency according to deadlines and within approved budget and marketing strategy to movie release. Same process for local production movies.
• Responsible for ad/pub budgets, monitoring alongside other MKT managers the budget consumption for each release/area. Help the Product Manager to make necessary budget adjustments to ensure that all areas operate within the established total budget.
• Close accompanying and implementation of all steps and items regarding Global Deals.
• Develop strategic alliances with media outlets and partners to ensure relevant opportunities and better negotiations for local campaigns.
• Reports on all campaigns to HO (overview campaigns, online campaigns, executions, results, learnings, etc) for each film release.
• Work closely with the regional team through monthly meetings with the VP Marketing LATAM to provide project updates, align objectives, and support in enhancing the entire workflow in collaboration with LATAM and HO.
• Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Provide support in planning and in-loco overseeing the digital specialist and online agency in covering relevant industry events and each release, such as Talent Tours, Premieres, CCXP, BGS, etc.
Qualification & Experiencie:
• Degree in Marketing or Advertising
• Advanced English
• Experience with marketing in media department (at ad agency or company media department)
• Full media offline and online knowledge (mainly programmatic media)
• Familiarized with monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on campaign performance.
• Full social media knowledge.
• Proficient in using media planning and analytics tools, such as ComScore, Google Analytics, etc
• Proficiency with MS Word, Power Point & Excel required.
Other nice to have:
• Intermediate Spanish (written and oral).
