Business Function Accountability (see the overview)
Lead operations for the all of the Business functions assigned
• Be subject matter expert on all business functions for which role is responsible and a point of escalation when issues arise
• Provide world-class customer service to stakeholders (including internal clients and external suppliers) by managing expecatations, building partnerships and resolving issues
Lead strategic projects: Initiate and execute strategic projects including client and supplier interactions, supporting supplier business partnerships, function harmonization and process improvement
Success measurement and compliance:
• Identify and track team metrics for maximizing team throughout and efficiencies
• Prioritize stakeholder requests to ensure that orders meet the SLAs of the business are placed and invoices are reconciled in a timely manner and based on the needs of the business
• Ensure compliance with company and departmental policies
People Management (8-12 COE EEs)
• Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
• Organize scheduling of team members and balancing workloads, training on current processes (refresher sessions) and onboarding of new employees
• Monitor employee work volume and quality and provide guidance on expectations
• Provide daily work direction and feedback to the team
• Work with team to define and manage goals by translating department strategic objectives into team-level goals
• Responsible for performance management of team
Process Improvement
• Provide leadership on best practices and processes for the business function for the region
• Lead team in aligning core responsibilities, strategy and activities essential to add value to the business functions assigned
• Keen analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills that enable sound decision making
• Ability to identify and deconstruct issues to overcome obstacles
• Bring different teams together to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities
