Manager Strategic Finance and Special Projects Streaming

Job Description

Your Role Qualifications...
• Manage the planning, coordination and preparation of the long-term DTC business and financial model, key metric tracking and communications and other ad hoc strategic financial analyses in a timely and effective manner. Close cooperation with Group FP&A lead as well as strong communication with Investor Relations
• Participate in cross-functional groups as finance representative to assess business opportunities, including but not limited to collaboration with other D2C Finance (US & Ex-US), Strategy, Business Ops and other business leads as well as interface with other stakeholders and decision makers across WBD
• Manage ad hoc special projects on behalf of the Streaming CFO or SVP Global Corporate Finance for Streaming, with a focus on optimizing business operations and financial performance and action oriented analytical insights
• Provide dedicated support to Streaming FP&A (US & Ex-US) teams on special projects and ad hoc analyses as well as manage the process for key metric data collection and associated deliverables in support of Streaming CFO and SVP Global Corporate Finance for Streaming
• Conduct and participate in meetings with Streaming Financial and Operating (Senior) Management teams and other business partners to gain insight into overall financial strategies. Ensure that these strategies are reflected in the strategic finance plan and develop and implement analytical tools to ensure the value add of initiatives over time

Qualifications & Experience...
• Extensive experience in FP&A, Banking or Consulting
• Experience in a role with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills (led/participated in major projects/teams, provided guidance to other staff)
• Experience in an international and matrixed organization
• Demonstrated ability to construct long-range business plans and fully integrated financial models for long range planning, forecast or budgeting purposes
• Adept in creating detailed financial and KPI modeling, scenario analysis and strategic analyses
• Strong project management capabilities and strong interest in working with cross functional teams across various countries
• Exceptional presentation skills with demonstrated ability to present financial information in a condensed and easy to understand way to senior leadership team
• Analytical capabilities and research experience
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure while handling multiple high-profile projects
• Prior experience with standard financial applications (Hyperion Essbase or related) preferred
• Experience in digital business, ideally DTC business a plus
• Knowledge and passion for Media/Entertainment industry a plus
